Refund and Returns Policy

a. Coffee Products: As per UAE regulations, we do not offer returns or refunds on coffee products, including whole beans and ground coffee.

b. Equipment and Accessories: Returns and refunds for equipment and accessories, such as mugs, coffee makers, and brewing equipment, are subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis by us.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective equipment or accessory product, please contact our Customer Support team within [3 days] of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

3. Return Process:

Please follow these steps to initiate a return for damaged or defective items.

a. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our Customer Support team at [Contact Page/ Contact Form/ Contact Email] within [3 days] of receiving the damaged or defective product. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

b. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on returning the item.

c. Return Shipment: Package the item safely for return, including all original packaging, and prominently display the RA number on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

4. Inspection and Resolution:

a. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify the reported damage or defect.

b. Resolution: Depending on the inspection results, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: If possible, we will send you a new, undamaged product of the same type.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.

5. Refunds:

a. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within [30 days] after approval of the return and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
